Farfalle n Organic, Pasta produced entirely in Tuscany from only organic durum wheat grown in Italy, in the Tuscany region, lands of ancient peasant memory, without pesticides or chemical fertilizers.
The production process that combines tradition and innovative technologies, with bronze drawing and slow drying, gives the pasta the right roughness, resistance to cooking and superior organoleptic characteristics.

Thanks to an agreement with Coldiretti, the company buys wheat grown only by Italian and Tuscan farmers to whom we require strict quality criteria
The scrupulous selection of raw materials is only the first step of a wonderful journey that culminates with bronze drawing and slow drying at low temperature, to keep the nutritional properties of the grain intact and give the pasta a unique aroma and texture.
A few simple ingredients are enough to enhance the full taste of our pasta: with seasonal vegetables, aromatic herbs and a drizzle of extra-virgin olive oil you can bring healthy and genuine pasta dishes to the table, different every day.

Bring a large quantity of salted water to the boil (5 liters per 500 g of pasta).
Pour in the pasta and mix again, keeping it boiling for about 9 minutes. Drain, season with the desired sauce and serve immediately on the table.
