Tuscan fish sauce

An ancient recipe from Forte dei Marmi, to make a really very tasty red seafood pasta.

Bring the our sea in everyone's homes, for those who love to cook, but also for those who don't have the time to get in the kitchen, for those who love the flavors of fish, but not the smells of cooking at home ... So ready-made fish sauces!

The fish is caught by small local fishermen, and the vegetables are grown in Forte dei Marmi in organic

A product made by a young company with a passion for quality and good products

How are they used in the kitchen?

Perfect for seasoning pasta, the sauce is ready just put it on the steaming pasta just drained, so it is enough only to heat it slightly.
Can also be used for croutons on bread better if the bread is slightly heated, with fried polenta or combined with vegetables or other fish dishes to accompany second courses.

Ready-made fish sauce

Closed jars are vacuum-sealed and have a shelf-life of 2 years and do not require a refrigerator, however once opened if not finished you have to put the capped jar in the fridge e consume it no later than 3 days, as we DO NOT use
No kind of preservatives or chemical additives!

Ingredients:

Mussels (15%), Clams (15%), Calamari (5%), Shrimps (5%)

* Tomato Sauce, * Garlic, * Shallot, * EVO Oil (8%), Natural Flavors, * Parsley, Salt, White Wine, Corn / Potato / Rice Starch

* From organic farming.
