La Fontaine des Bois is a dry white wine obtained from the Chenin grape

which surprises with its liveliness and its bouquet of complex, subtle and original aromas that are enhanced in the finish.

Domaine Pierre Chauvin

It was born 5 generations ago, in the heart of the Coteaux du Layon vineyard.

Since 1993 Paul-Eric Chauvin, Philippe Cesbron and more recently Mireille Vigneron have managed this 15-hectare vineyard.

In the constant concern for respect for the environment, they converted it to organic farming in 2005 and conducted their first certified organic harvest in 2008.

The wine is produced in the most natural way possible in order to preserve and rediscover all the fruit potential of the grape in the wine

Today these organic wines wonderfully express the "terroir". The vineyard offers a large quantity of quality wines to surprise everyone!
