This red grape must, made according to an ancient peasant recipe, is a non-alcoholic drink with a rich and enveloping flavour.

Tradition becomes taste

We faithfully follow the ancient techniques of preparing the must for the “sugoli”, the traditional grape juices.

The must comes from the first pressing of the grapes and cooks slowly with the skins, intensifying the flavour and colour.

Finally, it is pasteurized and vacuum-packed, without the addition of preservatives.

Only Ancellotta red grapes.
