Bim Bum Bam Bianco is Le Quattro Volte's answer to a simple question: why shouldn't everyday wine be as natural and delicious as the one served at parties? Thus was born the Calabrian winery's everyday white in a bag-in-box format: a light, easy-drinking wine, with its 11% ABV that invites you to a glass without any commitment, produced with the same philosophy as always—that of wine made with grapes and nothing else. The name says it all: like childhood counting games, there's no need for ceremony here. Turn on the tap, fill the glass, and enjoy: bim, bum, bam.
 
 
 

The roots of this Bim Bum Bam are deep in tradition

Before labels and numbered bottles, everyday wine had its own ritual: you'd go to the cellar with an empty demijohn and return with the wine of the week, the unfussy, honest, and unpretentious wine that accompanied the daily table. It was the family wine, not the wine of the ceremony—and for that very reason, the most beloved. The bag-in-box is the modern heir to that demijohn: the same philosophy of everyday, convivial wine, with today's convenience. Le Quattro Volte brings that ritual back to the home: natural, everyday wine, freshly poured, just like in the olden days.

The bag-in-box isn't just convenient, it's smart: the inner bag contracts as the wine is poured, preventing air from entering—so the wine stays fresh and intact for weeks after opening, without the worry of having to finish the bottle. Founded in 2015 in the Crati Hills from the friendship between Daniela De Marco, Giampiero Ventura, the singer-songwriter Brunori Sas and Emilio Di Cianni, Le Quattro Volte creates natural wines from native Calabrian vines: spontaneous fermentations, no filtration and sulfur always below 30 mg/l.
