Salina chilli jam

A sweet and spicy preserve typical of the island of Salina, in the Aeolian archipelago. It is prepared with Salina chili peppers, a typical product of the island which stands out for its intense and aromatic flavour. 

Salina chilli jam can be used in different ways: spread on bread, as an accompaniment to cheeses and cured meats, or as an ingredient for the preparation of second courses and desserts.

How to Use Chili Pepper Jam?

Appetizers:
