Organically grown rosé table grapes, sweet and crunchy
Grapes the color of dawn, full sweetness and crunchy skin: the fruit of the harvest, in its most elegant guise.

Organic Pink Grapes are the most photogenic of table grapes: bunches of pink berries, suspended between the golden hues of the white grape and the ruby red of the red, with a full, fragrant sweetness and a crispy skin that makes each berry a small, connoisseur's delight. The pink color reflects a slow ripening in the sun, which concentrates natural sugars and delicate aromas of honey and flowers. Grown organically, without synthetic pesticides, they arrive on the table as nature intended: washed and enjoyed whole bunches, in a fruit basket that instantly becomes more beautiful with her.
Table grapes are the quintessential Mediterranean fruit of good fortune: the ancient Romans served them at banquets as a symbol of abundance and preserved the bunches dipped in honey or hung in pantries for the cold months—a custom that survived in peasant homes in the South, where grapes hung in the cellar would arrive intact at the Christmas table. And on New Year's Eve, the ritual continues today: eating grapes at the stroke of midnight, tradition says, brings prosperity for the coming year, "he who eats grapes counts his money." Rosé grapes, then, were the pride of table winemakers: the most difficult to obtain, the most beautiful to give as gifts. A pink bunch, in short, is more than just fruit: it's a wish.
Grapes are a sweet little pharmacy: rich in water and readily available natural sugars—the ideal fuel for athletes and students—they contain potassium, vitamins, and especially polyphenols concentrated in the skin and seeds, including the renowned resveratrol, studied by researchers for its antioxidant properties, particularly present in pigmented grapes like rosé. Choosing the organic version is especially important here: grapes are eaten with their skins intact, and that's where both the benefits and any residues are concentrated—so it's best if there are no residues at all.
Store in the refrigerator, in the crisper drawer, and consume within a few days. Wash the bunches only just before eating, as moisture accelerates deterioration. The bloom, the natural opaque film on the grapes, is a sign of freshness: it disappears with washing. For an aperitif, the grapes can be frozen: they become small, natural popsicles.
