The complete traditional line: onion and raisins, fennel and almonds — with stone-ground type 1 semi-wholemeal flour, extra virgin olive oil and white wine
One crunchy ring leads to another: three flavors, one rule — it's impossible to stop.

The artisanal Taralli from the Coraggio agricultural cooperative are a small, complete line that celebrates Italy's most beloved crunchy ring in three variations: onion and raisin taralli, where the sweetness of the raisins plays with the aromatic note of the onion; fennel taralli, the great classic of the aperitif with seeds that perfume every bite; almond taralli, with the delicate crunch of dried fruit. They all come from the same honest dough: stone-ground semi-whole wheat flour, extra virgin olive oil, white wine, and salt—the peasant recipe that needs nothing more to become addictive.
The tarallo is the savory biscuit that has shaped the history of Southern Italian conviviality: born in the humble kitchens of Puglia and Campania—a piece of bread dough enriched with oil and wine, closed into a ring and baked—it soon became the inseparable companion of every drink and every wait. So inseparable that it entered the Italian language: "finire a tarallucci e vino" (to finish with taralli and wine) is how, for centuries, we've called peace made at the table, when every argument is resolved over a tray of taralli and a shared glass. Three flavors, one ancient mission: to make everything end well.
The goodness of these taralli starts from the base: stone-ground, semi-whole wheat flour preserves the grain's fiber, germ, and minerals, while extra virgin olive oil—instead of industrial fats—provides monounsaturated fatty acids and antioxidants. Fennel seeds add their traditional digestive properties, almonds provide plant-based protein and vitamin E, and raisins add the natural sweetness of fruit. An artisanal snack with a short, easy-to-read label: a crunch you can eat with your eyes closed.
The Coraggio agricultural cooperative promotes a shared, no-strings-attached agriculture: stone-ground flour, extra virgin olive oil, and traditional peasant recipes, handcrafted into products that taste of home and the land.
