The consistency of BioMu yoghurt can suffer slight variations during the year.

But this is good news, as these small changes are proof that our production from organic farming respects the natural cycles.

In fact, the feeding of our cows follows the course of the seasons and therefore the variations in the diet of the animals are also reflected in the milk, and then in the yoghurt.

The one that never changes is the product quality.

Quality yogurt

During the periods of the year in which the protein content of the milk naturally decreases, being thin and natural, it is more liquid, especially in the upper part of the jars. 2 turns of the teaspoon will be enough to re-amalgamate it at its best.

The milk comes vacuum concentrate by evaporation and left to ferment at different temperatures: this is how you manage to obtain one naturally creamy texture and a taste in perfect balance between aroma and acidity.

Furthermore, since we do not like waste, we have reduced to minimum needed also the packaging material: simple glass jars of 125 g or 500 g, resealable and 100% recyclable.

Yogurt from milk* with less than 1% fat, prepared with blueberry (bilberry* 10% of the total finished product, cane sugar*, natural flavouring, thickener: pectin), Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium lactis.
