From the Medina of Marrakech to that of Algiers, passing through Tunis, take some time for a break.
A national drink of North Africa, this savory blend of delicate green tea and mint is ideal for an instant friendly partner.
After the reception, some teas and herbal teas are flavored with organic natural aromas and then packaged.
All these steps are done by hand in Alsace.
Manual work allows us to bring the utmost care and humanity to these plants, which are collected with respect by our partners.
The addition of natural aromas is not intended to cover the flavors of tea or plants, but rather to give them new subtleties, to enhance their organoleptic richness.
Tea or plants are obviously the main aromatic ingredients.
Each recipe is thus prepared with care, respecting the fineness of the plants used.
The choice of ingredients is fundamental in the development of our recipes, for this reason we make sure to use only the best: natural certified organic flavors, fruit, spices, flowers selected and chosen for their origin and their quality.
These recipes are the result of daily inspiration, guided by our curiosity, our passion for our profession and the desire to introduce you to new flavors.
Infuse 4 teaspoons of PARFUM DE MEDINA in ½ liter of boiling water (75 ° C).
Leave to infuse for 3-4 minutes and filter.
Pour the infusion into a jug full of ice cubes.
Add a few fresh mint leaves as you wish!
This technique allows to obtain a real iced tea, without bitterness, without requiring the addition of sugar.
For a drink with an intense flavor, put 3 tablespoons of MEDINA PERFUME in 1 liter of cold water, leave to infuse for at least 5 hours in the refrigerator, ideally overnight.
And enjoy it!
Put 4 fresh mint leaves in a glass.
Add 1 teaspoon of brown sugar and a slice of lime cut into 4.
Mash them with a pestle to release the aromas.
Add 130 ml of PARFUM DE MEDINA tea infusion or MINT tea (sweet), 40 ml of sparkling water and 80 ml of crémant *.
Add a straw to help you mix.
