The fruit is hand-picked at the perfect level of ripeness, washed, trimmed, and individually selected by our staff, then slowly cooked and blended until a dense, velvety puree is obtained. Packaging is also done manually, in sterile, pasteurized containers, with no added ingredients: no sugar, no preservatives, no additives.
