The Pignoletto Fermo

It is produced in an autoclave, according to the Charmat method: it is a dry, still wine with a good alcohol content, which

around 12.50°.

Pignoletto Fermo DOP is bottled in a green Bordeaux bottle, with a characteristic cylindrical shape, a short neck and a high shoulder, with a satin cork stopper and a capacity of 750 cl

Pignoletto White Drops

From a selection of white grapes comes Gocce Bianche, a still wine with an intense character and delicate aromas.

Wine with a good structure of amber yellow color (hence the name), with a pleasant, characteristic smell; with a dry, fresh, full and elegant flavor.

Pignoletto Fermo DOC, like all Emilian still wines, is well suited to the cuisine of the area, accompanying first courses, cheeses, fish, especially if roasted and truffles; it is also excellent enjoyed as an aperitif: we recommend tasting it young, at a temperature of 10-12 °C
