Made with pasteurized whole sheep's milk, rennet, salt, natural lactic ferments, chilli.
Very tasty cheese, ideal for aperitifs or to accompany a good second course of meat.
Chilli goes very well with sheep's cheese, giving an explosion of flavors between the salty, soft and spicy heat of chilli.
Composed of small flakes to give more texture and taste.
The aroma is delicate and non-invasive, the full taste of the cheese, delicate and balanced, born from sheep's milk
It can be served in the kitchen with toasted rustic bread, on canapés and stuffed with meat. It goes well with aromatic, spicy and floral white wines with medium alcohol content
Chiodetti cheeses are made with milk at km0, cow and sheep, fresh from the harvest.
They are the result of research and experimentation, in conjunction with the experience of Master cheesemaker (John).
The production takes place inside rooms divided ad hoc, for the different stages of drying and maturing, based on the type of cheese.
