Crimson is a recent variety, it is a very crunchy apple, with a red skin, with green patches that then turn yellowish.
Not too sweet.
They are very watery, at first impact with the palate they have an interesting vivacity.
The size of Crimson apples is never large, they are medium to small.
The microclimate presents conditions of brightness, temperature range, altitude and chemical characteristics of the soil that allow to enhance the organoleptic characteristics of the fruits, favoring pigmentation and making the pulp crunchy and juicy.
These Mele organic are a source of mineral salts such as potassium, magnesium, calcium, iron and sodium.
They are also very rich in vitamins of groups A, B1, B2, B3 and C.
