A typical blend of Indian cuisine, made up of different spices, curry is a real invitation to travel.

It goes well with vegetables, rice, meat or fish.

Typical of South India, this Madras curry will enhance Indian dishes or stir-fried vegetables.

The fair trade spices (black pepper, turmeric, ginger) in this blend come from small producer associations in India and Sri Lanka.

Recipe idea with Curry

Potato and cauliflower curry - ALOO GOBI (ingredients for 6 people)

* 4 potatoes
* 1 cauliflower
* 1 large onion
* 3 c. spoon of Madras Terra Madre curry
* 1 C. Garam Masala Terra Madre
* olive oil
* chopped fresh cilantro

In a pan, fry the spices in the oil and brown the chopped onion.

Add the potatoes and the chopped cauliflower.

Cook over low heat for 20 minutes until the vegetables are tender.

Present with the chopped fresh cilantro on top.
