The jams are prepared in our organic artisan laboratory without invasive mechanical procedures and without the addition of chemical ingredients. In full respect of natural raw materials.
The fruit comes from the cultivation of our fields or from selected organic farms.
The transformation of the fruit takes place with a slow cooking process that allows you to complete the cooking cycle without sudden changes in temperature; this allows to keep the organoleptic properties of the fruit almost unaltered.

Why is it called Jam?

• Unlike jam, jam can be prepared with any type of fruit.
• There are no limits of imagination, geography or seasonality of the foods we use, the important thing is to use the pulp and never less than 35%.
• In the case of an "extra jam", however, it is necessary to verify that the percentage of fruit exceeds 45% of the total

Jam in the kitchen

Once we have chosen our jam we can enjoy it in a simple way, perhaps accompanied by a slice of bread, but also use it to prepare a dessert.
