Obtained using only fresh centrifuged cream, which is the most valuable.
It is fermented slowly, for about 15 hours: this procedure gives the final product, in addition to the candid colour, an intense but delicate aroma, and is therefore tasty and delicate on the palate at the same time.

La Cooperativa Tesori Bio – the Treasures of the Earth is a small agricultural cooperative in the province of Cuneo, born in the early XNUMXs, from the union of two realities that already practiced the organic method, and which were part of thePope John XXIII Community Association, founded by don Oreste Benzi in 1968.

From two volunteers, a dream and a lot, a lot of effort, a working reality capable of self-sustaining has sprouted today producing, transforming and marketing excellent organic products, capable of at the same time integrating and valuing people in difficulty within it.

How did the collaboration with BioMu start?

We and Tesori Bio are both companies in the province of Cuneo (the Tesori Bio Cooperative produces the BioMu brand and is based in Cervasca – Cuneo – ed), and we have a lot in common: we firmly believe in sustainable agriculture, respecting natural rhythms of plants and animals. In this sense, producing organic is "natural" for both! plus, proximity allows us to have a km0 product.

Producing milk is not easy, you need large plants and a large production to be competitive.

For this reason the Biomu company collaborates with various small farms, small producers in Piedmont, being part of the bio treasures social cooperative.
