Organic boiled meat

Biolà meat comes exclusively from our farms and is certified by Organic Agriculture.

We use both dairy and meat farming in the wild (Grass Fed).

Our cows are fed with the fodder of our company, unlike the traditional breeding, where the animals are often fed with feed aimed at rapid fattening.

Giving up corn and soy, we also reduce the environmental impact of farming.

Meat processing

Even the slaughterhouses we collaborate with for slaughtering are certified by Organic Agriculture;

The processing (cutting and packaging) takes place within our company.

After slaughter Our meat undergoes a Dry Aging process, that is, it is placed in cells at a controlled temperature for 10 days.

After this time, the meat is vacuum-packed in refrigerated places (Wet Aging).

During maturation the color of the meat can undergo variations, which are however reversible when the meat is exposed to oxygen.
