INGREDIENTS:
- 500 g. from Pici Tuscan pasta
- 5-6 organic garlic cloves (about 100-150 g.)
- 500 g. from Fresh Tomato Pulp
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Parsley to taste
- Spices to taste
- Salt to taste

RECIPE PREPARATION
- Start with the preparation of the garlic sauce.
- Peel the garlic cloves, cut them in half and crush them finely.
- In a pan, pour the extra virgin olive oil, add the chopped garlic and blend with a little water.
- Cover the pan with a lid and cook over medium heat for about 15 minutes.
- Once the garlic is softened, use a fork to mash the larger pieces well, until they are finely chopped.
- Important: do not fry the garlic, it must be cooked gently and slowly.
- At this point, add the chopped tomatoes, parsley, spices to taste and salt.
- Cover the pan again and simmer the sauce, for about 15-20 minutes, until it has reached the desired consistency.
- Meanwhile, cook the pici in plenty of salted water. Drain them al dente and stir-fry over high heat for a few minutes before serving.
