How does the subscription work?
Subscribe to BOXES by AlPassoFood is simple, fast and safe!
- Choose the box that suits you best, you will spend less than if you bought the same products from the store.
- Payment is only debited at the chosen deadline.
- Choose the periodicity you want (every week or 2 weeks)
- You can suspend and reactivate your subscription whenever you want, For free!
For all customers who have subscribed to a subscription in Rome and the Province DELIVERY IS FREE, in the rest of Italy it costs 10 €
How does the booking work?
A reservation is required for some products.
- Ours are Small Producers, they do not always have the ready availability of the goods, therefore for some products, the producers need a few days to prepare the goods.
- To facilitate the supply and demand for these products, we have created the “Reservation” function
How the RESERVATION works
- The manufacturer sets the preparation times of the goods, which can vary from 3 to 14 days (you can find the time required in the product description)
- The customer who wants a product for which a reservation is required, identified by a blue label "RESERVATION"
- Add the product to the cart
- Continue with your shopping and proceed with payment
- Once you have made the purchase you will be informed about the preparation and delivery time
- Payment is required at the time of booking
- At the end of the waiting time, the product will be collected and delivered.
Can I choose the day and time of delivery?
Delivery DAY:
- In Rome and its Province at the time of payment there is a calendar where you can select the day available for delivery. If you want delivery on other days of the week, just contact our customer service at the number Whatsapp
- In Italy write the desired delivery day in the NOTES at the time of payment (or contact our assistance number at Whatsapp)
Delivery TIME:
- In Rome and its ProvinceDWe have the possibility to select the time slot when completing the order, otherwise the time slot is from 10.00 to 21. In any case you are notified 00/30 minutes before delivery.
- In Italy, at the moment it is not possible to choose a specific time but you will be sent an email or text message with all the information relating to the shipment
Can I request an invoice?

- If your order has not yet been shipped you can cancel it

How do we ship?
-SUMMER PERIOD: Express couriers 24/48h and Couriers refrigerated for highly perishable products you will find them marked in the cart 
(approximately May-October).
The Courier refrigerated takes more than 48 hours if you are far from inhabited centers.
-WINTER PERIOD: Patented ecological refrigerated packaging to ensure that the products arrive as quickly as possible in 24/48 hours maximum.

- Rome and Province: The delivery is made, with our refrigerated vehicle, on On Tuesdays and Friday(at your choice). Products collected in the morning and delivered afternoons / evenings. You can also ask us for delivery on other days.
- Italy If your products are readily available, box fulfillment takes place the same day. We ship from Monday al Wednesday (Thursdays only for big cities). Shipping is guaranteed by express courier in 24 / 48H from the evasion.

TIMES OF FULFILLMENT OF THE ORDER

If the courier loses the package or the delivery is delayed, what happens?
- The courier's problems are our problems.
- If the delivery is not made correctly or in time to easily consume the products, our consumer care service will promptly remedy all situations.
- If the package arrives damaged, take a photo of the box before opening it, and once opened, a photo of the state of the contents. Inform us as soon as possible and send us the photos taken, our consumer care office will contact you.
- Product photos must be sent within 24 hours of delivery.
