You'll immediately receive an email with your order summary. When we ship or deliver, you'll receive a second email with shipping details.
Get your groceries delivered
We deliver in Rome and its province us with our refrigerated vehicles On scheduled days. Express courier delivers to the rest of Italy. Alternatively, you can collect your order for free from our store.
2. 🍎 Apple Points — our shop loyalty program
Every euro you spend in the shop It becomes a full stop. No complications, no awkward dates to remember.
Apple Points are only valid for in-store purchases. Orders placed on the site do not accumulate points or allow you to use them: points are earned and deducted exclusively at the checkout, in our store.
How do you earn money?
1 point for every €1 spent in the shop. On fruit and vegetable products, double: 2 points for every euro.
Bonus welcome
50 gift points when you sign up for the loyalty program — in store or from your account on the website, even if you haven't made a purchase yet.
How to use them

Even without an account

Check your balance online
In your account on the site you will find the section 🍎 Apple Points with updated balance and history of transactions.
⏱ Points are valid until 31th December of each year: starting January 1st, the balance resets to zero. Apple Points are earned and used exclusively for in-store purchases.
3. Products on pre-order
For some products we ask for an advance reservation of 3 14-days: we want to give the small producer time to best prepare your order.
- Payment is made at the time of booking
- At the end of the last day of booking the product is collected by us and delivered
- You will receive an email when your order leaves
4. Subscription - receive everything regularly
Subscribe to a subscription to automatically receive the cassette you have chosen, at the frequency you prefer.
- Frequency of your choice: every week or every 2 weeks
- Payment only upon due date: no upfront charges
- Cancel when you want, at any time, without penalties
- Delivery is free in Rome and its province. for subscribers
- In the rest of Italy, subscription delivery costs €10.

6. Assistance
